In light of the ongoing pandemic and Governor Murphy’s “stay at home” order, which does not allow for gatherings of any size, the Seaside Heights real estate and liquor license auction scheduled for Thursday March 26, 2020 at 1:00 pm will now be held ONLINE ONLY.
It is easy to create an online account and request to bid, please go to our website at: www.theauctioneersgroup.com/online-auctions/
We require a $10,000 authorized hold to be placed on your credit card to approve all bidders and all successful bidders are required to WIRE the full deposits and sign a purchase contract within 24 hours from the closing of the auction. We will send wire deposit and contract instructions.
If you are unable to bid online, we will be offering pre-registration and absentee bidding, if requested. Absentee bid forms may be downloaded from our website by clicking “documents” on any of the property description pages. You may also call to have an absentee bid form faxed to you. Absentee bid forms MUST be sent back to us by 12:00PM Thursday March 26, 2020. Again, all deposits and a signed contract will be due within 24 hours from the closing of the auction.
